San Antonio Roofing Reviews and Customer Testimonials

Hi Natalia! This means a lot, thank you! We'll make sure Kaleb hears this, he takes a lot of pride in keeping projects on schedule and making sure the process is smooth for homeowners. Glad the color turned out great and that our crew left the place clean, that's a standard we hold every job to. We appreciate you trusting Top Choice Roofing & Construction with your roof!

Thank you for sharing something this personal, Alex. Working on a family home after a loss is different from a normal job, and Roland and the team understood that going in. It means a lot that we could help you take care of a place that holds so much of your parents in it. Your family has our sympathy, and our thanks for trusting us with it.

Thanks for the kind words. Roof damage is stressful enough without the runaround, so it's good to know the communication and speed came through the way we intend it to. We'll pass this along to the crew who handled your repair. Appreciate you recommending us.

Thanks for the detailed review. Roland and Kaleb will be glad to hear the work held up to your expectations, from the timeline to the cleanup and the care around your plants. And we hear you on the card fee. Nobody loves seeing that line item, and honestly we don't either. It's what the card processor charges us, so we pass it along at cost instead of folding it into everyone's price. If it's ever easier, check or ACH skips it entirely. Thanks again for the recommendation, and enjoy that new roof.

Thanks, Art. Water in the basement is the kind of thing that gets worse the longer it sits, so getting in there quickly matters. Glad the cleanup and the restore came out the way you hoped, and that the insurance side went smoothly for you. Give us a call if anything else comes up.

Sonia, thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We really appreciate it. Roland and the crew were so happy to help you get that roof sorted before the storm rolled in. That's exactly the kind of timing that keeps us on our toes. We're glad we could get you covered and taken care of. We'd love to see you again if you ever need us. Thanks for being an awesome customer!
