Why It Matters

Always Hire an Insured Contractor

When an uninsured contractor works on your home, you become financially responsible for any accidents, injuries, or property damage that occur — even if it isn't your fault.

Homeowner's insurance does not protect you from liability claims filed by an uninsured contractor's worker injured on your property.

Our $1 million general liability policy and workers' compensation coverage create a complete liability shield around your project — you can focus on your new roof, not your risk exposure.
