Services Provided
Roofing Services
Top Choice Roofing & Construction provides professional roofing services including inspections, repairs, replacements, storm damage restoration, insurance claims assistance, and commercial roofing. All services are subject to availability and proper scheduling.
Service Estimates
All estimates and quotes are provided in good faith based on visual inspection and available information. Final costs may vary based on unforeseen conditions discovered during work, material price changes, or modifications to the scope of work. Any significant changes will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
Free Inspections
Our free roof inspections are provided as a courtesy to assess your roofing needs. These inspections are for evaluation purposes only and do not constitute a commitment to perform work or guarantee pricing until a formal contract is signed.
Contracts and Agreements
Written Agreements
All roofing projects require a signed written contract specifying the scope of work, materials, pricing, payment terms, and project timeline. Verbal agreements are not binding.
Changes to Work
Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented in writing and signed by both parties. Additional work or materials may result in additional charges.
Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and subject to factors including weather conditions, material availability, permit approvals, and unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to complete work in a timely manner.
Payment Terms
Payment Schedule
Payment terms will be specified in your contract. Typically, projects require a deposit to begin work, progress payments during the project, and final payment upon completion.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and financing through our partner ENHANCIFY. Certain payment methods may be subject to processing fees as specified in your contract.
Late Payments
Late payments may result in work stoppages, interest charges, and/or collection efforts. A fee may be charged for returned checks or declined payment methods.
Insurance Claims
For insurance claim projects, payment terms are subject to insurance company approval and payment. We will work with your insurance company but are not responsible for claim denials or payment delays.
Warranties and Guarantees
Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our work and provide warranties on labor as specified in your contract. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be clearly documented.
Material Warranties
Roofing materials come with manufacturer warranties. GAF Master Elite certification provides access to enhanced warranty options. Specific warranty details will be provided with your materials and documented in your contract.
Warranty Limitations
Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or circumstances beyond our control. Warranty claims must be reported promptly in writing.
Liability and Insurance
Our Insurance
Top Choice Roofing & Construction maintains appropriate liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the contract price for the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, business interruption, or personal property damage not directly caused by our negligence.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution Process
In the event of a dispute, we encourage direct communication to resolve issues. If resolution cannot be reached through discussion, disputes may be subject to mediation before pursuing legal action.
Venue
Any legal action related to these terms must be brought in the appropriate court in Bexar County, Texas.
