At Top Choice Roofing & Construction, we like to keep things clear and honest from the start. These terms explain what you can expect when working with us—how we handle inspections, payments, insurance claims, timelines, and everything in between. It’s all about making sure we’re on the same page so you feel confident every step of the way.
By working with Top Choice Roofing & Construction ("we," "our," or "the Company"), you agree to these terms. They apply to all of our services—including inspections, repairs, replacements, and anything else we do for your roof.
All work we do will be detailed in a written estimate or signed contract. If anything needs to change—like materials or scope—we’ll confirm that in writing, and let you know how it may affect pricing or timing.
We provide free roof inspections in our service areas. These are based on what we can see from a standard inspection and don’t include any guarantees unless clearly stated in writing.
We’re here to help you identify damage and assist with your insurance claim, but we are not public adjusters and can’t guarantee your claim will be approved.
Your part in the process:
We offer a workmanship warranty in addition to manufacturer warranties on materials. Keep in mind, any unauthorized repairs or modifications by others can void this warranty. Warranty claims must include photos and a description of the issue.
We’ll take care of necessary permits unless agreed otherwise. You’ll need to provide access to your property and make sure it's safe for our crew to work.
To cancel a scheduled project, just let us know in writing. If materials have already been ordered or labor arranged, a cancellation fee may apply. Insurance-related jobs canceled after approval may result in the loss of promotional pricing or offers.
Things like weather, permit delays, or material shortages can cause timing issues. We’ll always keep you informed and work with you to adjust the schedule if needed.

We may take photos of your project for our records or marketing. We’ll never include personal information or your full address without your permission.
If something comes up, we’ll do our best to resolve it directly with you. If needed, both parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in the State of Texas.
These terms are governed by Texas law. Any legal matters will be handled in Bexar County unless legally required elsewhere.
This agreement, along with your signed estimate or contract, is the full understanding between you and us. Verbal promises or informal conversations aren’t binding unless written down.
